Refund policy

Refund policy:

Kindred Faces wants you to love what you order. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a refund or exchange.

For items priced $30 CAD or under, we don't require you to return the item — contact us and once your issue is confirmed, we'll issue a refund. For items over $30 CAD, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. To start a request, email us at [your email] with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
